Payment and Cancellations

Payment

Payment is due at the beginning of service. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, or PayPal.

In the instance of visits lasting greater than one week, fifty percent of payment is due at the beginning of service, and the remaining fifty percent is due upon completion. If the indicated payment is not left at the beginning of service, a 20 percent surcharge will be added to the bill.

Cancellations

Cancellations made one week or more before the service date are free of charge. If the cancellation is made less than one week before the service date, there is a fifty percent charge. Requested services lasting greater than one week must be cancelled in a time frame matching the service. For instance, if you were scheduled for a service lasting two weeks, then two weeks notice must be given in order to receive free cancellation.
Exceptions are made if we are made aware that scheduling is tentative; this will be discussed during the interview.
